This tailor-made lesson strongly strengthens your music knowledge and fundamentals which are useful for learning not only piano, but also other instruments. We ensure students are well-equipped for examinations when they take our quality lessons. We also encourage students to participate performances, competitions and examinations in order to enhance their confidence.

Theory Lesson  **We highly recommend students to start early**

Apart from focusing on practical playing, theory knowledge foundation is also crucial for the complete understanding of musical terms and history. By developing this knowledge, it improves students' all-round musicianship and hence help musicians at all levels to perform with greater sensitivity, awareness and control. 
 

Being the prerequisite of Grade 6 OR above pratical music assessments, the music theory exams aim to give students a thorough understanding of the building blocks of music. It starts with the basics of rhythm and notes, then adds harmony and even compositions, as well as a broad knowledge of music history development.
